After 72-year-old Rosa finished shopping Monday afternoon, she was greeted with a horrible site upon entering her pool area. Timothy Drummer, her pool technician of many years, was lying unresponsive near the pool when she called 91l. First responders announced Drummer dead on the scene. Timothy, a hard-working single father who lost his wife a year ago, was a leading contender in the pool service industry. With a waitlist a mile long, his business was sure to succeed. However, his finances didn't seem to match his business's success.
